UT’s Food Lab names 21 finalists for Food Challenge Prize

The Food Lab at UT has announced the 21 finalists for its first Food Challenge Prize. The majority of the teams are from Austin, and each group will be paired with a mentor to help develop their business plans in preparation for the big Showcase Day on February 14.

The teams are competing for $30,000 in grants that will be distributed next year.

The 21 finalist teams:
