Farmshare Austin to host ‘Consumed’ screening Thursday night

consumedFarmshare Austin, the Austin-based farmer education nonprofit, is hosting a screening of a movie called “Consumed” at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Metropolitan Stadium 14.

According to the organizers: “Consumed is a powerful narrative feature film that situates the food issues of our time into the story of a mother and her son. It awakens the responsibility we all have for making our food system less chemically dependent.”

Tickets cost $10.50, and are available here.
