Sojourner Tours, a local culinary travel company that leads trips to France, has started hosting a potluck on the third Thursday of November, a week before Thanksgiving, to celebrate the new release of Beaujolais wines.

The dinner is free, but the hosts ask that you bring a dish to share, a bottle of 2016 Beaujolais Nouveau and a dried or canned food donation for the Central Texas Food Bank. This is the third year for the event, and it will be held from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Red Bird Farm at Berry Creek outside Georgetown with live music, games and a guided wine tasting. You can RSVP at sojournertours.com.
